Chef Keith Sarasin: Keith Sarasin is a renowned chef, culinary expert, and cookbook author who has dedicated over a decade to studying the art of Indian cuisine. With a deep passion for the food and culture of the Indian subcontinent, he has honed his skills through extensive research and study, working with top food researchers like his teacher, Dr. Kurush Dalal, international and celebrity chefs like Maneet Chauhan of the TV show Chopped & Tournament of Champions, Chintan Pandya of Dhamaka in NYC and Sahil Sethi of Rooh Chicago, to expand his knowledge and abilities. The result is a unique and highly sought-after dining experience.
Sarasin is the author of four cookbooks that offer a wealth of recipes and tips on topics such as meat cooking and preparation, the art of dehydration, and seasonal recipes using the freshest ingredients from local farmers. In addition to his books, he is currently filming a documentary-style show, “Finding India,” which chronicles his personal journey as a chef, from overcoming tragedy to rediscovering his passion for cooking. He is also a highly sought-after keynote speaker at prestigious events. He is joined with 2 chefs in his team.
Pastry Chef Robert Gonzalez – Driven to create desserts that are as unique and visually stunning as they are delicious, Chef Robert Gonzalez’s confections are designed to capture the hearts and imagination of every guest. Robert studied to be a pastry chef at Miami Culinary Institute. Robert was selected to intern at Tuyo Restaurant, where he worked his way up to Head Pastry Chef. In 2015, Robert made his Boston debut at the esteemed Bistro du Midi working alongside Executive Chef Robert Sisca, during which time he was recognized as an Eater Young Guns Semi-Finalist.
In 2018 Robert joined Cultivar as part of their inaugural team and head of pastry department at the highly anticipated Cultivar in the Ames Hotel featuring an in-house bread program and selection of rotating, produce-driven desserts to complement the New England food scene.
In 2021, Robert released his first cookbook. Robert started working with Chef Keith Sarasin in 2019 and has been an essential part of Chef Keith’s pop up restaurant project, Aatma creating stunning Indian Inspired desserts.
Chef Bj Beisler – Bj Beisler is a Vermont native who developed a passion for the culinary arts at an early age. After attending culinary school in Montpelier, he gained valuable experience working at The Hanover Inn under some of the industry’s top chefs. His love for learning and exploring new culinary techniques led him to join The Farmers Dinner, where he had the opportunity to collaborate with Chef Keith Sarasin on the Farmers Dinner and chef Keith’s Aatma pop-up restaurant. Together, they crafted a menu that highlighted their creativity and passion for Indian inspired regional cuisine to create unforgettable dishes.

Today Raag’s Kitchen is led by Executive Chef Romila; a well-traveled chef who brings world flavors to create dishes often influenced by her training at top Michelin restaurants in France.
