Traditional Samosas

potato, peas, mint & tamarind dip.

Fun Fact: In the 10th Century, sanbusak were tiny mince-filled triangles eaten by Persian travelling merchants. These reached India evolving into a global snack –  in Israel mashed chickpeas and pine nuts; in Portugal and Brazil meat-filled chamuças and pastéis; in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan heavier bread dough with lamb center.
