Raag changed ownership in January 2022. The concept of a place like Raag was mostly found in big cities such as New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Seattle, and London. Some people doubted whether the Twin Cities were ready for this modern Indian concept, but our customers proved them wrong.
After the change of ownership in January 2022, Sohil Goorha, the new owner, along with his 6-year-old daughter Cira, has transformed Raag into a destination for modern Indian food and events in the Twin Cities. After 18 months of efforts, learning, evolution, and adaptation, we are launching Raag 2.0.
What’s new at Raag 2.0:
– A new bar menu featuring trendy drinks like the Butter Chicken Martini from London.
– Fresh dishes inspired by James Beard celebrity chefs we hosted over the summer.
– An exciting ‘Journey Through India’ Brunch that blends Indian and Western breakfast dishes.
– A simplified dinner menu for enhanced experience.
– A renewed commitment to providing an unforgettable dining experience.
Book your reservations starting at Dinner on Saturday, October 21 or Sunday brunch on October 22.
