  1. Event Venue Options:
    1. At Raag on 3812 W 50th Street, Minneapolis, MN. With Award winning interiors, we can seat ninety guests at one time. During Summer we have additional twenty covers at our Patio. Our Main Dining Area can be split for dedicated events seating fifty people.
    2. Hotel: With tie ups in Minneapolis Downtown Hotels, we cover larger groups. Alternately if you have a hotel that allows end to end management of food and service, we will manage it within twin cities for minimum fifty covers.
    3. Private In-Home: For minimum covers of 45-50, we come to your house and create the Raag Food and service experience.
    4. Weekends: Thursday – Saturday are busy evenings at Raag. We do not book those for private events. We will discuss those on a case-by-case basis.
  2. Food Service Approach:
    1. Our Food is brought out in courses on each seat. We can do a Fusion Plated and Bulk Catering model. Alcohol is served off the regular menu unless you have arranged for fixed options in advance. We only serve Alcohol at our venue onsite.
    2. Based on the menu you choose; we offer 6-7 course sit down dining option. With options ranging from Ribs, Wraps, Sliders, Sea Bass, Salmon to Tikka, Biryani Rice and Naan, our menu is progressive and pushes the food and experience boundaries Sample menu is included in this document.
    3. Choices for Vegan, Dairy Free, Gluten Free and Nuts Free options are in our menu.

We have created a network of Partners for all special requests. We take your worries away so you can enjoy your day. Tell us while booking if you need any of these options to be included.

    1. Dry Ice smoke show to refresh your senses.
    2. Printed personalized menu, name tags, welcome posters, banners, etc.
    3. Flower arrangements for Full venue, tables, Backdrop, Picture Wall, Logo wall.
    4. Ice Sculpture with any theme, logo, food decorations, names, etc.
    5. Bakery dishes with Cakes and Pastries.
    6. Live music by our resident musician – Greg Herriges.
    7. Makeup and Hair stylist.
    8. Two 90 Inch Screens with Projectors for your usage on rent.
    9. Block Full bar access with special cocktails that can be named for your event.
    10. Photographer to cover your special needs.
