Florida resident, James Beard fellow, Chef Vicky will give Minneapolis residents a taste of Caribbean, Haitian & Indian Inspired food at Raag. Meet Chef Vicky Colas over a more informal meet and greet session. She is a Graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, and joins us from Florida at Raag on 50th & France. In this ticketed event, you will get:
- One Signature cocktail from Raag menu &
- Two mini appetizers by Chef Vicky.
This is not the main dining seven course experience but a more casual meet & greet while she is in town. Chef Vicky was awarded a silver medal for Caribbean Chef of The Year from the Caribbean and Tourism Association in their Annual Olympic stage. Chef Vicky was selected as one of twenty women candidates awarded for the 2019 James Beard Foundation Women Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (WEL) fellowship and is also part of a selective group of talented chefs in the James Beard Foundation Local food advocacy training programs. She is a wife, proud mother of 3 boys, a business and food influencer in her community. Recently recognized by Michael J. Ryan, Mayor of the City of Sunrise, A proclamation Day; January 28th 2020 as Chef Vicky Colas Day in the City of Sunrise.

With a Michelin trained executive chef Romila leading the kitchen, we offer Indian modern food which is authentic but also artistic. Restaurants like Raag were limited to New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington DC, London.
